SCOTT PENSIVY

PT, LAT, ATC, CIDN

Founder and CEO of PRISM

Scott continues to work with professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, PGA, and UFC. Scott has had and continues to serve as a consultant for several sports teams including, but not limited to, the Golden State Warriors, the Toronto Raptors, the Denver Rockies the Toronto Blue Jays, the Indianapolis Colts, the Chicago Cubs, the LA Lakers, the New Orleans Pelicans, the Boston Celtics, and athletes apart of the U.S. Olympic basketball team.

Scott continues to publish papers and articles for magazines, along with videos and instructional booklets for efficiently and effectively improving patient outcomes. Scott has been married for 31 years with his wife Kristen, and has three young adults, Paige a psychologist, Dr. Conner Pt, DPT, and Brooke a business owner. During his downtime, he enjoys working out, running, riding bikes, and reading. Scott continues to build his practice and his relationships with others in an environment he created based on his motto: “The patients’ interest is the only interest.”

Scott is a licensed physical therapist and licensed athletic trainer. Scott has dedicated his professional career with an entrepreneurial spirit and continues to develop rehabilitation products and methods to enhance outcomes efficiently and effectively. Scott has been practicing in the Las Vegas valley for over thirty years. Scott is from the Boston area and came to Las Vegas in 1987 to join his partners in an outpatient PT company called STAR (Sports Therapy Arthritic Rehabilitation).

From 1987 to 1993, they grew the company to five outpatient PT clinics, then selling to a large corporate outpatient PT firm called Novocare. Scott continued to work for Novocare for approximately three years, then created his new company in Las Vegas called S.P.O.R.T.S. (Scott Pensivy Orthopedic Rehabilitation Therapy Services). In 2008, Scott developed a horizontal wellness medical complex with over 70,000 square feet with seven separate medical (healthcare) buildings. The vision was to have a one-stop shop to improve care, communication, and outcomes for the patients’ wellbeing.

In 2015, Scott partnered with a well-known business entrepreneur and grew the Vegas footprint of Fyzical S.P.O.R.T.S. to five clinics. At the same time, he created an FDA-certified topical pain cream and system that was marketed throughout the United States in the PT profession. During this time, Scott realized that he needed to return back to his passion of treating patients on a daily basis and sold his shares to Fyzical in 2019. Currently, Scott is branding himself again with PRISM, an innovative and unique outpatient PT clinic in the Las Vegas valley, and will continue to grow this company with the same vision and mission statement of putting the patients’ interest first.

Dr.COnner Pensivy

PT, DPT, CIDN and Clinical Director

Dr. Conner Pensivy is a dedicated physical therapist and creative visionary at Prism Physical Therapy. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University, a renowned osteopathic-focused institution. Graduating in 2023, Conner completed extensive clinical rotations in ICU, rehabilitation facilities, and sports-specific settings, solidifying his well-rounded expertise.

Growing up immersed in the field alongside his father, Scott Pensivy—CEO and founder of Prism Physical Therapy—Conner developed a deep appreciation for the craft. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a physical therapy technician at multiple practices of Scotts, he gained invaluable insight and knowledge that inspired him to carry on the family legacy.

Now approaching two years into his professional career, Conner has honed his skills further, with a particular focus on advanced manual therapies. He combines this clinical expertise with a passion for creative innovation, serving as the Creative Director for Prism Physical Therapy and PTProCare. His role extends beyond patient care to overseeing media marketing, branding strategies, and the company’s behind-the-scenes growth.

Dr. Pensivy’s dual commitment to exceptional patient care and creative development embodies Prism’s mission of providing whole-body, high-quality rehabilitation. He is dedicated to continuing the legacy of excellence while expanding the company’s impact through modern, forward-thinking approaches.

Dr.Matt McArthur

PT, DPT, CIDN

Dr. Matt McArthur is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist with a passion for improving health, fitness, and sports performance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from Utah State University. During his time there, Matt discovered his love for helping others while working in an orthopedic clinic, fostering his commitment to empowering patients to achieve their goals.

He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in 2020. During his clinical training, Matt gained extensive experience in diverse settings, treating musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. His evidence-based approach to rehabilitation ensures the highest quality of care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

For years, Matt has been an integral part of Scott Pensivy’s companies, honing his skills and adopting the principles of high-quality, patient-focused care. He values the opportunities provided by the cash-based system at Prism Physical Therapy, which allows him to deliver comprehensive and personalized treatments without the constraints of insurance-based limitations.

Born and raised in Brigham City, Utah, Matt grew up with a love for sports and even competed at the collegiate level as a baseball player. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as boating, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Dr. McArthur is committed to helping his patients reach their peak potential, blending his expertise with a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.

DR.nathan Ellis

pt, DPT, CIDN

Dr. Nate Ellis brings a unique blend of creativity, expertise, and dedication to his role as a physical therapist at Prism Physical Therapy. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Human Performance and Exercise Science from Boise State University. Growing up in the rural town of Pinedale, Wyoming, Nate developed a profound connection to the outdoors and a lifelong passion for physical activity and human performance, inspired by his family’s active lifestyle.

His pursuit of excellence in the field led him to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Idaho State University. During his education, Nate gained extensive clinical experience in sports medicine, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. With over a decade of personal training experience and a background in competitive sports, he specializes in sports rehabilitation, vestibular/balance therapy, post-operative care, and performance training.

Since joining Prism Physical Therapy, Nate has quickly made a significant impact on the clinic and his patients, earning a reputation for being methodical, intelligent, and innovative. His creative mind excels in developing therapeutic exercises, with a focus on targeting single muscle groups for optimal outcomes. Nate’s ingenuity also extends to collaborating on exercise concepts for GyroStyks by PTProCare, utilizing his expertise to enhance rehabilitation and performance tools.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys staying active through weight training, mountain biking, backpacking, and playing in a local club hockey league. Based in Las Vegas with his wife and two dogs, he is planning to earn his CSCS certification later this year as part of his commitment to continuous professional development.

Dr. Ellis remains deeply dedicated to helping his patients achieve their rehabilitation, health, and performance goals through evidence-based and highly personalized care.

Dr. Paige Lucero is a dedicated physical therapist at Prism Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages return to the activities they love through personalized, evidence-based care. Originally from Kingman, Arizona, Paige developed a strong appreciation for health, movement, and athletics from an early age. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she competed as a member of the women's golf team for four years. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Throughout her doctoral education, Paige gained diverse clinical experience treating patients across multiple settings, including neurological rehabilitation, sports and outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and acute care. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation, allowing her to confidently treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions while emphasizing individualized treatment plans that help patients restore function, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Paige enjoys working with individuals of all ages, helping them improve function and return to the activities they enjoy. She uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and patient education to support each patient’s rehabilitation goals. Paige is committed to expanding her clinical knowledge and staying current with the latest evidence to provide the highest quality care and help every patient move better, recover stronger, and return to what they love with confidence.

Outside of the clinic, Paige enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and dog. She loves cooking and trying new recipes, staying active, and getting back on the golf course whenever she has the opportunity.
